As soon as your request for quotation or order has been placed and received, we will process it as soon as possible, during our normal office hours.
If everything is clear and the desired products are in stock, our transport department will contact you to schedule the delivery.
If a product is not immediately available, a sales representative will work with you to find out how we can best serve you and when the products in question will be available.
For a quick handling it is wise to give us a valid phone number.
If products are in stock*, we strive to deliver them within 2 working days. As soon as your order is received and reviewed, our transport department will contact you to make an appointment.
If a concrete product is not in stock, we will schedule it in our production schedule as soon as possible. Coloured concrete products are usually made to order. In both cases you can count on about 1 to 2 weeks extra delivery time. This is also due to the required hardening time of the concrete products, which is necessary for the products to be sufficiently strong.
Our standard delivery times are:
Monday to Friday from 8:00 to 16:00
Saturday from 9:00 to 12:00
The delivery costs depend on the delivery location. It is therefore important to pass on these correctly and accurately when you request a quote or place an order. When changing the delivery location, we may charge additional costs.
The delivery location must be easily accessible for heavy road transport, in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations. Furthermore, there must be sufficient space available at the delivery location to be able to unload all materials safely. If, at the time of delivery, our driver believes that it is not justified to reach the unloading location indicated by you or to unload the materials, the materials will be unloaded in consultation with you at a location that is accessible for our truck. This place must be in the immediate vicinity of the specified delivery location. Should it not be possible to deliver the materials in spite of this, we will be forced to return them to our factory and charge the extra costs for transport.
It is therefore a good idea to first consult one of our sales staff about the details of your delivery.
Your order can also be picked up at one of our branches. If you let us know what your desired location is, we will inform you when your order is ready. At branches other than the head office, this may take a few days longer.
If you are not present at the time of delivery, you must inform our sales staff who is authorised to receive the products.
Our driver will check the ID card of you or your authorised representative before the shipment is unloaded.
After you or the authorised representative has checked that the cargo has arrived complete and undamaged, you sign the packing slip for the driver.
The recipient of the materials must be of legal age.
Our concrete products comply with international standards. These differ per product. If you have specific requirements, please ask our sales staff before ordering if they are in accordance with the product specifications and if they are available on request.
We will replace the products free of charge if they are damaged on delivery or do not meet the agreed standards or quality standards.
When delivering coloured concrete products, please follow the advice for coloured paving stones.
In case of a complaint, question or dispute about the quality of the delivered products, our employees of the Quality-control department can come by to check the products.
If a product is not in stock* you have the right to cancel the order. Our sales staff will then contact you.
If a product has to be manufactured especially for you, you can cancel the order as long as the production of the products has not yet started. If production has already started, you are obliged to purchase the materials already produced.
You can cancel items in stock until the transport department starts preparing your shipment.
You have the right to return products within 3 working days under the following conditions:
- You submit the original invoice.
- Products are unused and undamaged.
- Commercial products are still in their original packaging and, if applicable, stored in a dry place.
- Transport costs are for your account.
The data you enter is stored in the database of our webshop and our accounting software. We must keep copies of invoices and delivery notes in accordance with government regulations.
Your data will not be shared with third parties and will only be visible to employees of the VABAM NV group of companies, accountants and auditing government agencies.

Purchased materials must, if not otherwise agreed, be collected or called within 14 days after the date on which the goods were purchased.
In the event of non-fulfillment of this, we can not guarantee the prompt delivery and we also reserve the right to demand replenishment payment if the prices between the date of purchase and the date of pick-up or call-off could be increased.
The delivery is also guaranteed except in case of force majeure.
If the amount owed is not paid or not fully paid within the agreed term, all possible judicial and extrajudicial costs, as well as the interest therein, will be recovered from the customer.
